Missing interaction terms in spike-based computation

Meeting, co-organized by Alain Destexhe, Gustavo Deco, Olivier Faugeras and Anders Lansner

This meeting is aimed at discussing missing interactions or important regulatory mechanisms, usually not considered in network models. Examples are glial cells, electric-field interactions, neuromodulation, etc. There will be three sessions, corresponding to different scales, from microscopic (cellular-circuit), macroscopic (population-level), and large-scale (functional and cognitive levels). Everyone, experimentalists and theoreticians, or neuromorphic specialists, are welcome to attend and actively participate to this workshop.
